After the Clog and Song, oompa loompas in blue appear paddling a large pink candy boat constructed as a Sea horse.
The vehicle transports them down river tunnels and past the cream and toffee rooms until they reach the Inventing Room.
Its construction and design were of Willy Wonka and in the original 1970's film adaption it was simply a paddlign boat.

The Locking Mosture
In the chocolate river rapids they pass a great deal of rooms involving toffee and cream.
On the doors it reads hair cream and whipped cream.
Visible is oompa loompas whipping a cow with whips.
Veruca Salt claims that it doesnt make sense and Wonka states that whipped cream isnt whipped cream at all unless its been whipped with whips.
He also states to Violet's mother that hair cream is a conditioner for the hair.
Believably it is edible as well as useable.
